Through the process of turning my own previous sickly health into vibrancy, extensive study & personal experimentation, I have gained highly valued insight and wisdom into healing and nourishment. I have had a variety of experiences (including living outside and "off the land" in Hawaii for a year) that have expanded & deepened my perspective on what really works, and I have been blessed to have assisted many people (see testimonials) in achieving their health goals.
